In the video, his dad attests that Joshua was discovered unresponsive when a welfare check was conducted. He admitted that he almost deleted Joshua’s social media accounts out of grief, but they kept them active for fans.
“Joshua adored his fans. I know he would not have liked his content removed,” he asserted tearfully.
He also recalled his son’s lifetime of bullying. “Since he was three, people have constantly bullied him. A lot of people believed it was okay to act like that towards him. But he mattered. He did.”
Recent rumors are spreading that kingcobrajfs was found unresponsive in his trailer, although not 100 percent confirmed yet. This was the last video he shared. In the video he says he feels very sick. Possible EMS call link https://t.co/NC9zd6i3qm pic.twitter.com/bRTfyo6e05

Possible Cause of Death
Doctors suspect Saunders might have died in his sleep from organ failure, likely from liver damage, according to Dexerto. Official autopsy reports are not yet out.
His health had been failing for months. Friends point to the death of a close friend this year and the death of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, who was Joshua’s idol, as contributing factors.
Several days before his death, Saunders uploaded a video in which he admitted to being extremely ill. That video is currently viral on social media.
A Unique YouTube Career
Saunders started his channel KingCobraJFS in 2010. He gained a cult following over the years with hundreds of thousands of subscribers and tens of millions of views. His videos were often raw, spontaneous, and very personal.
He was renowned for:
- Unconventional food experiments that evolved into a cult favorite series.
- Product reviews and candid rants about fast food, culture, and day-to-day life.
- Livestreams and music videos, where he discussed heavy metal, gothic culture, and personal problems.
Even with constant online abuse, Saunders never stopped posting. His eclecticism, strangeness of style, and refusal of YouTube norms invited both hate and adoration.
To others, KingCobraJFS was a maverick who posted on despite incessant negativity. What his father had expressed underscored the fact: Joshua found sense and belongingness from his internet community.
