This new standalone adventure brings back Kyle Crane, the protagonist of the first game. After a decade of brutal imprisonment and horrific genetic experiments at the hands of a sinister figure known as the Baron, Crane finally escapes—driven by rage and a thirst for revenge.
According to a preview by Mark Delaney, The Beast benefits from years of updates to Dying Light 2 while reintroducing elements from the original game. With around 20 hours for the main story—and up to 60 hours for completionists—the game is shaping up to be a must-play for fans of the series.
With the launch date moved up and anticipation at an all-time high, it won’t be long before players can dive back into the terrifying, zombie-infested world of Dying Light.
